Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, please email us ascendnutrition@hotmail.com with your order number, pictures of the item and we will send the return address.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, supplements must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at ascendnutrition@hotmail.com. we’ll send you the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that due to the nature of ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items unless they are faulty.
